电流模式高阶滤波器设计的递推方法
THE DESIGN OF HIGHER ORDER CURRENT MODE FILTERS USING THE RECURSIVE APPROACH

摘要: 给出了连续时间电流模式高阶滤波器的一种实现方法,该方法根据电流转移函数的分母多项式,以递推形式,逐步确定各个积分器的时间常数。用该方法设计所用电流镜数目少。对一个六阶滤波器的计算机仿真显示,该方法适合于设计高频电流模式滤波器。Abstract: A method for the design of continuous-time current-mode higher order filters is presented. It is based on the recursive derivation of the integrator s time constants step by step from the denominator of the current transfer function. Only a small number of current mirrors is needed using this approach. The computer simulations for a sixth-order filter reveal that the method proposed is suitable to the design of high-frequency current-mode filters.
