摘要: 本文用螺旋线行波管通用大信号计算程序分析研究了Rowe与Sauseng两类提高效率的方法,找出了他们的共同之点。同时从理论上研究了单级相速跳变行波管的电子效率与跳变量的关系,并求出了最佳跳变段长度。结果得到了实验的证实,为具体管子的设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract: This paper analyzes two kinds of method which can raise the efficiency of TWT by using universal helix TWT program. The relationship between the electronic efficiency of TWT with the single phase velocity jump and the magnitude of the velocity jump is evaluated and the optimum length of the velocity jump is given theoretically. These theoretical results are in agreement with the experimental ones and can be used in design of actual TWT. -
