高速集成传输线不连续性的全波分析
FULL-WAVE ANALYSIS OF THE HIGH-SPEED INTEGRATED TRANSMISSION LINE DISCONTINUITIES

摘要: 本文通过多项式近似导出了一种可变网格的时域有限差分算法,其空间网格的大小能沿任意轴向变化,而且具有高阶离散精度,从而节省了机时,提高了计算精度。并首次应用于高速集成传输线变角度拐角的全波分析。本方法简化了以往方法的分析过程,其结果与有关文献相一致,从而验证了算法的可靠性和有效性。Abstract: A new time domain finite difference method with variable grids of high accuracy is derived by the polynomial approximation, and applied to analyze the variable-angle transmission line discontinuities. The method has the advantages of comparatively less memory space and CPU time, and is much simpler than other techniques. Test results are in good agreement with published data, thereby the accuracy of the new method is verified.
