  • 摘要: 该文针对传统滤波器在Ka波段难以同时实现窄带与集成的问题,采用基片集成波导结构(SIW)设计了一款Ka波段平面窄带带通滤波器。该滤波器采用双模圆腔与椭圆腔级联的结构,在上下边带分别产生一个传输零点,具有频率高选择特性。测试结果表明,该滤波器中心频率35 GHz,相对带宽2.85%,插入损耗约为3.4 dB,带内回波损耗大于15 dB,与仿真结果吻合较好,在毫米波系统中具有很好的应用价值。
