Spectrum Sharing Model and Leasing Strategy for Multiple Operators

  • 摘要: 传统的静态频谱分配方式难以适应未来无线通信业务的发展需求,可能导致运营商业务和用户服务质量受到限制。针对此问题,该文建立了一个包括频谱租赁服务平台层、运营商层及用户层的多运营商频谱共享模型。在该模型中,多个A类运营商将其多余频谱放置在频谱租赁服务平台,供B类运营商租赁,B类运营商与多个A类运营商既竞争用户又共享部分频谱。该文形成了以各类运营商利润最大化为优化目标,以A类运营商的频谱出租量和B类运营商租赁的频谱种类及数量为优化变量的最优化问题,并求得最优解。仿真结果表明,所提策略在保证用户服务质量(QoS)的同时,显著提高频谱资源利用率,并使运营商利润大幅增加。
