摘要: 该文讨论了视频在WLAN上的实时编码和传输问题。首先针对视频编码的特点,提出了一种改进的混合ARQ/FEC算法,可有效地改进传输的实时性和可靠性。然后提出了一种依据接收端的反馈信息进行参考帧选择和帧内更新算法,可有效地解决因时间预测编码造成的差错一直向后传播问题,同时可保证编码的高效率。Abstract: The issue of real-time coding and transmission of video over WLAN is discussed in this paper. First, a modified hybrid ARQ/FEC algorithm, based on the characteristic of video coding, which improves the performance of video transmission, is proposed. To prevent the temporal error propagation, an error resilient video algorithm, with select intact reference frames or intra coding according to the backward channel signaling, is proposed as well.
