基于数据包的下一代网络计费策略研究

Research on Per-Packet Pricing Strategy for Next Generation Network

  • 摘要: 该文提出了一种基于数据包的网络计费(Per-Packet Billing,PPB)策略,给出了PPB计费的基本概念模型及其简化实现方案。针对FTP、HTTP和VoIP这3种业务,将PPB计费策略与传统计费策略进行了仿真对比。仿真结果表明:PPB计费策略在网络拥塞控制方面具有明显效果,丢包率也大大降低,并且其端到端时延对各类业务的影响很小。采用PPB计费,不仅能使不同用户享有公平性,服务提供商也可利用价格杠杆优化网络流量,合理配置网络资源。
