摘要: 本文提出了一种新的序列图象编码块匹配准则比特位相关匹配函数。在使用相同的快速搜索算法条件下,比特位相关匹配函数与均方误差函数相比可获得相当的位移估值精度,但它可使快速搜索算法的计算复杂度降低,并且便于并行实现,从而有效地缩短了序列图象编码时间。

Abstract: This paper proposes a new block matching criterion called the bit-correlation matching function for sequence image coding. By using the same fast search algorithm, the bit-correlation matching function not only results in as nearly same a uracy in displacement estimation as mean square error function, but also makes the fast search algorithm low in computation complexity and easy to parallel operation, thus reducing the coding time of sequence image efficiently. -
