多级互连网在多速率业务环境下的阻塞分析

摘要: 本文提出了一种估计多级互连网在多速率业务环境下的阻塞率的方法。它可用在多速率线路交换和ATM交换系统中。文中首先给出了分析方法,并用计算机仿真验证了分析模型。然后对影响阻塞率的因素进行了分析。研究表明,交换模块的大小和业务的带宽对阻塞率影响极大。同时与无阻塞交换相比,有阻塞交换结构可大大降低系统的复杂性。Abstract: The paper proposes an estimation method of blocking in multistage interconnection networks serving multirate traffics. It can be used in multirate curcuit swithcing and ATM switching systems. In the paper, an analysis of blocking is given. The accuracy of the model is tested by simulation and some factors which influance the blocking are commpared. The study shows that the modular size and service bandwidth play an important role in the blocking behavior. Compared with non-blocking design, blocking design can reduce the complexity of harhware considerablly.
