高增益行波管的振荡抑制

摘要: 本文介绍我们在研制高增益小功率行波管过程中所遇到的振荡,分析了产生振荡的机理,并由此找到了抑制振荡的方法,管子最终所达到的增益在 70dB以上,最大的输出功率可达到3W。

Abstract: In this paper, the method for suppressing the oscillations occurred in the small power high gain TWT s is presented, and the mechanism of generating these oscillations is analysed. By adding an isolation attenuator these oscillations are suppressed of f ectively. This method can be realized easily. The final results are as follows: the gain is above 70dB, the maximum output power is about 3W. -
