X波段低噪声高阶模式介质稳频振荡器
X-BAND DRO WITH LOW PHASE NOISE OPERATING IN HIGH-ORDER MODE

摘要: 本文采用介质谐振器(DR)的高阶模式(TE021模式),研制出振荡频率为10.7GHz的并联反馈型介质稳频振荡器(DRO).由于可以获得很高的有载Q值,振荡器具有良好的相位噪声性能(偏离载频20kHz处-88dBc/Hz)。Abstract: With higher-order mode (TE021 mode) of the Dielectric Resonator(DR), a parallel feedback-type Dielectric Resonator Oscillator(DRO) operating at 10.7GHz is reported. Because of the high loaded quality factor of DR, the oscillator shows excellent phase noise performance (about 88dBc/Hz at 20kHz offset).
