构造多分辨率小波表征QRS综合波的频率分布特性
CONSTITUTING MULTIRESOLUTION WAVELET TO CHARACTERIZE QRS FREQUENCY DISTRIBUTIONS

摘要: 本文讨论了用多分辨率分析(MRA)方法构造具有良好频率特性的带限正交(FLO)小波。并根据小波系数的能量在不同分辨率下的分布,定义了一种能够反映ORS综合波频率成分分布的特征参数。通过对MIT心律失常数据厍中波形的测试,结果显示室性QRS波的值通常小于正常的QRS波。并且该参数,特别是采用FLO小波计算时,能够明显区分正常和室性心搏,并有较强的抗干扰能力。Abstract: A frequency limited orthogonal(FLO)wavelet with expected frequency property is constituted on the basis of Multiresolution Analysis (MRA).A parameteris defined to characterize the frequency distribution of QRS complexes.Testing on varieties of waveforms in MIT arrhythmia database shows that ventricular ORS complexes usually yield smallerthan that of normal QRS complexes.With such parameter,especially evaluated by the derived FLO wavelet,the stronger capability of classifying ventricular and normal beats can be oberved even in the noise contaminated ECG.
