摘要: 本文提出了一种运动自适应内插方法,将当前广播电视系统的隔行扫描方式转变成逐行扫描方式,从而大大提高了图象的垂直清晰度。

Abstract: A method of moving adaptive picture interpolation is presented. The interlaced scanning that structures the pictures of today s television systems is changed to progressive scanning, thus vertical resolution of pictures is improved greatly. -
