摘要: 本文根据回音壁模的特性,讨论了一种适用于毫米波段的新型集成平面回音壁模介质谐振器。采用X.H.jiao(1987)的分析思想,导出了特征方程,并进行了详细的理论分析和谐振频率的数值计算,计算结果与有关文献相当吻合。结果表明,该谐振器特别适用于毫米波集成电路。Abstract: According to the behaviours of the whispering gallery modes, a new type of integrated planar whispering gallery mode dielectric resonator is discussed. The characteristic equation is derived by applying the method proposed by X. H. Jiao(1987). The calculated values show in good agreement with that in the previous papers. The results obtained show that this type of resonator is very suitable for millimeter wave integrated circuits.
