大电流上迭加的瞬变微弱信号的测量

摘要: 在测量强电平上迭加的瞬变微弱信号时,常采用手动调节补偿电平和电容隔直两种方法。本文分析了这两种方法的缺点,给出了一种测量精度高的电流自动补偿电路。该电路对强电流本身变化的补偿速度小于50s,可用于在示波器上观察大于1s/格的瞬变微弱信号。文中还给出了电路反应时间的数学分析和实际电路的细节。

Abstract: Two methods, manual backing off and capacitor coupling (by cutting off the d.c. component) are usually used to measure a small transient signal superposed on a large electric current. The shortcomings of them are analysed and an automatic current backing off circuit with high accuracy is described in this paper. The response time of this circuit needed for the compensating a sudden change in the large electric current is less than 50 microseconds.
