光学法检测光阴极的研究
RESEARCH ON OPTICAL METHOD OF MONITORING PHOTOCATHODE PROCESSES

摘要: 文中讨论了光学法检测光阴极的原理,介绍了所设计的监测装置及对多碱光阴极制作过程中光学信息的检测,提出了利用光学法监控光阴极制作的具体方案。Abstract: Principle of optical method of photocathode process control, which is one of pho-tocathode process monitoring techniques, is discussed. A monitoring apparatus is described and had applied to investigate the optical parameters of multialkali photoemiiter during process. Some actual schemes using the method to monitor the preparation of photocathodes are suggested.
