DESIGN OF THE OPEN RESONANT CAVITY FOR GYROTRON

摘要: 本文简要地描述了Gyrotron的缓变截面开放式谐振腔的理论,并考虑到衍射输出口均匀波导段的影响。本文具体讨论了双圆锥型开放式谐振腔。给出了8mm波段H02模双圆锥开放腔的设计原则(可用于任何圆电模)和设计参数。实验结果表明设计基本上是良好的。

Abstract: In this paper the general theory of the open resonant cavity with slow-varying sections for a gyrotron is described briefly, the bieonical open resonant cavity is discussed in detail, and the design principle of the bieonical resonant eavity for operating at arbitrary circular-electric mode is given. The theoretical analysis is in agreement with experimental results. -
