公用通信网非话业务信号识别系统
VOICE/NON-VOICE DISCRIMINATION SYSTEM FOR PUBLIC COMMUNICATION NETWORKS

摘要: 本文分析了公用通信网中非话音信号传输的特点,提出并实现了万门话路非话信号检测系统的研制方案。该系统在国内首次同时达到大容量,实时和极低虚警率的设计指标。Abstract: The features of non-voice signals on public communication nets are analysed and an approach to distinguish such signals is introduced in this paper. It is the first time for the system to meet three key targets: large-scale, high recognition rate and low false alarm at the same time.
