Improvement on moving target signal processing in the noncoherent radar systems is important for designing radars. This paper deals with the effects of the radar instabilities and method for decreasing the instabilities. Theoretical calcuation agrees with experimental measurement satisfactorily. The results can meet the demand of engineering.
