In the application of distributed-satellite Along-Track InterferometrySAR (ATI-SAR) for Ground Moving Target Indication (GMTI), measurement error of baseline will affect the systems GMTI performance. This paper analyzes the satellite clusters actual flying tracks, establishes the velocity-error model caused by baseline-measurement error considering the baselines time-variety, proposes a novel method to measure baseline accurately and obtain perfect performance of systems GMTI. Finally, the simulation experimental results prove the conclusion proposed.
