  • 摘要: 行波管放大器(TWTA)广泛应用在雷达、通讯等领域。相位稳定性影响传输信号质量、目标参数检测精度、电磁兼容性等指标。该文在定量分析电源调制器(EPC)电路参数对TWTA相位稳定性影响的基础上,提出提高TWTA相位稳定性的EPC电路的几种设计方案:选择合理的供电电路,利用低压储能高频高压电源提高阴极电压的稳定性,利用调节控制脉冲幅度补偿阴极电压脉冲顶降造成的相位不稳定性。该文成果为研制体积小、功率大、相位稳定性高的TWTA提供了依据。
