摘要: 本文导出了一般开关电容支路的Z域电荷耦合模型,提出一种适用于多相开关电容网络Z域分析的回路电荷法。Abstract: A derivation of the Z-domain charge coupled model is given for a general switched-capacitor branch. A new loop charge method for the Z-domain analysis of multiphase switched-capacitor networks is presented.
