电控体效应振荡器相位的新方法
A NEW mm WAVE GUNN OSCILLATOR PHASE-LOCKING METHOD

摘要: 以往国内外采用种种锁相方法,而直接控制体效应振荡器偏压的锁相法则被认为是不切实际的方法。本文作者在实验上成功地克服了文献[1]所提出的困难,运用直接控制体效应振荡器偏压的方法实现了8mm(35GHz)锁相标准频率源和8mm固定中频锁相跟踪系统,本文分析了这种新的锁相方法所具有的独特优越性并给出了实验结果。

Abstract: Reference [1] concluded that for the phase-locking of Gunn Oscillator, timing by varying the bias voltage on the diode is not a practical method. However the author of this paper successfully realized the 8mm (35 GHz) phase-locking standard fre-quency source and 8 mm fixed intermediate frequency phase-locking tracker with this method. This paper analyzes also the unique advantage of the new method. The ex-perimental results are given. -
