开端同轴线的电磁场研究及其在无损检测中的应用
THE EM RESEARCH OF AN OPEN-ENDED COAXIAL LINE AND ITS APPLICATION TO NONDESTRUCTIVE MEASUREMENT OF MATERIALS

摘要: 通过测量开端同轴线的反射,以确定物质的介电常数,是一种简捷的无损检测方法。本文从严格的场匹配方法出发,研究同轴线开端处的电磁场。利用矩量法进行数值计算,求出反射系数与介电常数的数值对应关系。所得结果与有关文献的比较分析证实了理论推导的可靠性。最后,本文为实际测量提供了一种数值反演方法。Abstract: The measurement of reflection from an open-ended coaxial line is a simple and nondestructive technique of determining the dielectric property of materials. The electromagnetic field in the vicinity of the aperture is studied by means of rigorous field matching method. The reflection coefficient is computed by moment method as a function of the dielectric constant. The validity of the theoretical results is ested by comparing the numerical evaluation with previous paper. Furthermore, a method fo data inversion is provided.
