摘要: 正 (一)引言 超导现象早在1911年就发现了,但作为一门新技术应用于不同领域,还只是本世纪60年代以后的事情。但是超导技术在最近十几年内的发展是迅速的。超导体在许多科学领域,特别是在托克马克聚变动力堆和超导输电等电工、电子技术方面已经或将得到应用。因此,超导技术近年来得到各国科学工作者的广泛重视。 临界温度是超导体重要性能之一。关于高温超导体的临界温度的变化规律,已有不

Abstract: A new empirical formula for calculating the Tc, of A-15 supereonductors is presented and it reads: Tc=N TA/M1/2(rA/rB) (e/a), where Nnumber of atoms,N = 4 for A3B compounds; TA the superconductive transition temperature of the A element; Mthe. average atomic weight of the compounds; (rA/rB) theatomic radius ratio of elements A and B; (e/a) the eleetron concentration (electrens/atoms). Using the new empirical formula, the supereonductive transition temperatures of A-15 compounds have been calculated, and the results are shown in table 1. As shown in the table the calculated results are much closer to the experimental results than those obtained by other empirical formulas. The highest Tc value of A-15 structural materials may be not higher than 25K. -
