摘要: 本文介绍用传递矩阵分析微波四端口线性电路的基本方法,并给出若干基本电路元件的数学模型和四端口电路网络函数的表达式。此外,还介绍一个小型通用程序,它能对一些定向耦合器、平衡晶体管放大器以及电调衰减器等进行分析和优化设计。

Abstract: An analysis method of microwave four-port circuits by using the transfer matrix is presented. The mathematical models of several basic circuit elements and expressions of net-work functions for microwave four-port circuits are given. Furthermore a small general program is also presented which is capable of analysing and optimizing a group of directional couplers, balanced transistor amplifiers and electrically tuned attenuators. -
